How to Track Employee Progress

Learn how to track employee progress on their Training Checklists.

There are several different ways to view and track employee training progress in Vet Level Up.

Click on an employee in the “Employee Directory” to see what checklists they have been assigned. You can see how long an employee has been working on a particular checklist as well as view unique progress bars for each Skills Module to get a quick global view of how close they are to completion.

For those employees that are authorized as skills Signers, they will be able to see their organization/location/department employees assigned those Checklists by clicking “My Trainees” in the left hand menu. In addition, they may also search for a specific employee either in the “My Trainees” tab or the “Employee Directory”.

For Managers and Department Leads with reporting permissions, they can view employee progress on their location and/or department.  On the left-hand menu, click on “Reports” 🡪 “Training Progress”.  You can then select a Checklist and you’ll be able to see which individuals are enrolled in that list along with their current progress made on that Checklist.
